What is Pic Fit?

We are a dietitian in your pocket.  Keep a record of the food you eat, set targets, and get personalised advice to help you reach them.

What do you want to get out of the challenge?

Provide evidence that this model can succeed and make money.
Gain team members and investment.

Why should you win?

We are approaching a universal problem (what to eat), in a unique way. The team have a history of delivering tech solutions (3+ Patents made by team members) and we help people live healthier lives through better information.

Week 1 Update:

Learnings from week 1:

Target market - the Health enthusiasts spend more money and time on their diets, they will be our evangelists for the product, telling each other and spreading the word.

Tighten market - drill down, the figures I managed to get at short notice were more general, thought and effort needs to drill down to the people in those figures.

Men's health - understand the users, The Mens health sector, typically young men looking to get / keep fit are a good start, as both co-founders fall into the category.

Guys who will use everyday - ambassadors.

Avoid health market

Route to market - freelance personal fitness coaching - target personal trainers as advocates / service they can offer clients.
