This is one of the most inspirational stories for anyone starting a business. Brian Chesky the co founder of $billion startup AirBnB delivered this talk at Y Combinator's Startup School 2010.

He talks about how the company was born, he goes in depth into how the idea came about, what struggles they went through and how they overcome them, how they managed to grow the company from what sounded like a glorified gumtree/craigslist ad to a multi million dollar company (at the time).

Anyways it's 30 minutes long but it is well worth that time. Enjoy!
