So it’s not every day you find two family members, actually brother and sister starting a business together and making it successful.

Well Catherine and David have done just that, not only are they working well together, but their website myyearbook- A free Internet social network service is making crazy amount of money from advertising, they were estimated to have made over $10 million in 2008 through advertising and this is in the industry where you have your facebook, MySpace, twitter, the list goes on and on...

I mean Let’s not forget the fact they had tons of money to get the project started and all, it still took belief, hard work and courage to step into the same market as the facebook’s and MySpace and still leave a mark or should i say still leaving a mark.

I like the fact they know their target, keep to their market and are not trying to compete with facebook or MySpace or something crazy like that.

So why does everyone keep telling people not to go into an industry because there already is a certain company dominating it.

If Richard Branson had listened to that, virigin would not be around today, Jack Dorsey would not think of starting if he simply said “Dude, “pownce would crush us”, Anyways I’m sure you get where I’m getting at, there is always room to re-invent an idea, Simply Ask Mark Zuckerberg
